Do I REALLY need DTMSM?

Yes, you do. Why? To sell your home faster and at a higher price. If that is not your goal or if, in spite of the statistics, you don’t think that we have done it for others and can do it for you, too, then you don’t need DTMSM.

How do I know if my realtor is going to use DTMSM?

You don’t unless you ask your realtor or tell your realtor. You are entitled to know, so ask.

How much does DTMSM cost?

It depends upon what services you want and the size of the home. A price sheet is available upon request.

Who pays for DTMSM services?

It is usually a realtor who knows and has confidence in DTMSM, introduces us to the home seller, and pays our fees. However, anyone can become a client and pay our fees including a home seller, a realty company, an architect, a developer, a builder, anyone.

When does DTMSM get involved in the home selling process?

You and/or your realtor can choose to use DTMSM at any time in the process, but our value is the greatest and the total cost of marketing your home the lowest if we are involved before the photographs are taken, your home goes on the market, and your marketing program is launched.

What if my realtor says that he doesn’t need DTMSM because he already has a marketing assistant?

Ask for a WRITTEN list of what the marketing assistant does, what the realtor does, who does the photography, videography, custom website and who coordinates it all. Ask to see examples of everything your realtor has done to market a home for a home seller similar to yours. Ask for their average Days On Market. If I have already signed a listing agreement with a realtor before learning about DTMSM, what options do I have?

It is impossible for DTMSM to advise you on this this without reading your listing agreement. It will cover this question and usually has wording that allows you or the realtor to terminate it. Read the agreement and/or ask your realtor what your options are. If your home is already on the market, you are late in asking this question, the train has already left the station, and the best option practically and economically is probably to do nothing.

Can you substantiate your claims about the marketing exposure you provide?

Yes we can. Our statistics and analysis speak for themselves. We have never seen a marketing report that has the breath and depth of our weekly reports to the realtor and the home seller. A copy of this report will be provided upon request.
